No, we have clients in suburbs, on islands, in regional centres and in the 'sticks' - literally everywhere.

Are your designs just for customers who want to 'do it themselves'?
No, we have our designs built by the Trade and Owner builders alike.  Many get a 'lock-up' stage built by a Builder first then go and finish it themselves.  You don't have to lift a finger. We put you in control! 

Are your plans easy to understand by novices who have never built before?
We try to make them such and with all the novices out there building from our Plans, I'd have to say 'yes', but we offer FREE BUILDING ADVICE as a back up service for anyone who has any query at all - just ask.

What about Builders using your plans?
Our 'new' plans split drawings into 2 parts.  Plans for the Trade to work from and Plans for the Novice.  Customers receive both types as a total Plans package.

Can I build with any material I like?
Our 'Plans System' allows for most materials to be used, even recycled materials can be adopted into the building.

I've heard about you and seen your ads for years, but am not sure if I need your book.
If you don't buy it, you'll never know if you needed it.  Look at it this way - the most you can waste is $29AUD; the least our Book will advise you to save is thousands of dollars.

If I buy your book, what do I do then?
Read it, play with the layouts, have fun with it. If you're not sure about anything, give us a call. We can offer FREE ADVICE about material selection, putting your own layout together, or even deciding between construction methods.  Our Plans are approved in all States, even Overseas.  Just contact us.

Most of our clients we never meet.  Our book is the link that puts prospective customers on our wave length.  Our Plans are drawn to the Australian Building Code and are approved in all States, even overseas.  Just contact us.
